PotatoPages tôn trọng quyền kiểm soát dữ liệu của bạn. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan đến tài khoản Facebook của mình theo một trong các cách sau:

Cách 1 — Trong ứng dụng

Đăng nhập vào ứng dụng
Vào Cài đặt → ngắt kết nối từng fanpage (dữ liệu và mã truy cập của page đó bị xóa ngay)

Cách 2 — Gỡ ứng dụng trên Facebook

Vào Facebook → Cài đặt & quyền riêng tư → Cài đặt → Ứng dụng và trang web
Tìm ứng dụng này và bấm Gỡ

Khi bạn gỡ, Facebook tự động gửi yêu cầu xóa đến hệ thống qua Data Deletion Callback, và dữ liệu liên quan sẽ được loại bỏ.

Cách 3 — Liên hệ trực tiếp

Gửi yêu cầu tới quản trị viên (email trên trang đăng nhập) để xóa tài khoản cùng toàn bộ dữ liệu.

Ghi chú kỹ thuật: Địa chỉ /data-deletion cũng là điểm nhận callback tự động từ Facebook (POST kèm signed_request). Khi nhận được, hệ thống trả về mã xác nhận và tiến hành xóa dữ liệu tương ứng.

Data Deletion Instructions

PotatoPages respects your control over your data. You can request deletion of all data related to your Facebook account in any of the following ways:

Option 1 — Inside the app

Log into the app
Go to Settings → disconnect each Page (that Page's data and access token are removed immediately)

Option 2 — Remove the app on Facebook

Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites
Find this app and click Remove

When you remove it, Facebook automatically sends a deletion request to our system via the Data Deletion Callback, and the related data is removed.

Option 3 — Contact us directly

Send a request to the administrator (email on the login page) to delete your account and all its data.

Technical note: The /data-deletion URL is also the endpoint that receives Facebook's automated callback (a POST with a signed_request). On receipt, the system returns a confirmation code and deletes the corresponding data.
