Khi bạn kết nối fanpage Facebook, ứng dụng lưu trữ: tên và email tài khoản đăng ký; danh sách fanpage bạn ủy quyền kèm mã truy cập (access token) do Facebook cấp; nội dung bình luận và tin nhắn của fanpage nhằm phục vụ tính năng kiểm duyệt tự động.
Dữ liệu chỉ dùng để cung cấp tính năng bạn yêu cầu: quét và tự động ẩn bình luận chứa thông tin không mong muốn (số điện thoại, liên kết, từ khóa cấm), trả lời bình luận và tin nhắn thay mặt fanpage của bạn. Chúng tôi không bán, không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào, và không dùng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo.
Dữ liệu lưu trên máy chủ do đơn vị vận hành kiểm soát, truyền qua HTTPS. Access token chỉ dùng để gọi Facebook Graph API theo đúng các quyền bạn đã cấp.
Bạn có thể xóa dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào: (1) ngắt kết nối fanpage trong ứng dụng; (2) gỡ ứng dụng trong Cài đặt Facebook → Business integrations — hệ thống sẽ nhận yêu cầu xóa qua Data Deletion Callback và loại bỏ dữ liệu liên quan; hoặc (3) liên hệ quản trị viên để xóa tài khoản cùng toàn bộ dữ liệu. When you connect a Facebook Page, the app stores: your account name and email; the list of Pages you authorize together with the access tokens issued by Facebook; and the comments and messages of those Pages, solely to power the automated moderation features.
Data is used only to provide the features you request: scanning and automatically hiding comments that contain unwanted information (phone numbers, links, banned keywords), and replying to comments and messages on behalf of your Page. We do not sell or share data with any third party, and we never use it for advertising.
Data is stored on a server controlled by the operator and transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens are used only to call the Facebook Graph API within the permissions you granted.
You can delete your data at any time: (1) disconnect a Page inside the app; (2) remove the app under Facebook Settings → Business integrations — our system receives the request via the Data Deletion Callback and removes the related data; or (3) contact the administrator to delete your account and all its data.
